چکیده مقاله

The 3D printing process is an efficient and cost-effective production method for the rapid manufacture of parts that are complex in terms of geometry, structure and mechanical behavior. Studying the mechanical behavior of these structures is very important to understand and optimize the performance of 3D printed materials. In this article, the mechanical properties of 3D printed parts for PLA material are studied based on the constitutive stress-strain relationship in a plane stress state, and the effect of fabrication angle on the anisotropy properties of the material is analyzed using simple tensile tests in different material directions. Assuming an orthotropic behavior, the changes in strength due to anisotropy are investigated. It has been observed that the assumption of orthotropic behavior is a suitable assumption to express the mechanical behavior of fabricated materials using 3D printing methods. The results obtained can be used in software for numerical analysis of 3D printed parts similar to composite modeling.
